The EXPO REAL trade show in Munich is an international property and investment trade fair. The mission organised by ARMZ S.A. will be attended by representatives of 5 Municipal Government Units from Lesser Poland, i.e. Chrzanów, Trzebinia, Andrychów, Myślenice and Babice. The purpose of the mission will be, above all, promotion of investment areas located in Lesser Poland, as well as facilitating the establishment of contacts with potential future investors for the Municipal Government Units from Lesser Poland. In addition, the essence of the mission will be activities focused on promoting and building a positive image of Lesser Poland, mainly on the German market, but also on the international market in general. Due to the organisation of the trip to Germany, representatives of the Lesser Poland Municipal Government Units will have the opportunity to present the investment offer of the region and promote its values and potential. Visitors will learn about the benefits of investing in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Presence at the fair is to enable representatives of the Lesser Poland region to establish economic cooperation with international investors from key industries for the development of the Lesser Poland region – industry, tourism and new technologies.
Our mission program includes organisation of a dedicated seminar during which the Lesser Poland’s region will be presented. Participation in the trade show will also be an opportunity to present the achievements of individual institutions in the field of entrepreneurship support, with particular emphasis on the preparation of investment areas, an offer of returnable financial instruments and subsidies.
The trip is also an opportunity to exchange experiences with other Municipal Government institutions from different parts of Europe, meet professionals from various fields, including investors, development strategy specialists, other Municipal Government officials, members of associations and non-governmental organizations, conduct many official and unofficial talks, gain inspiration, including the introduction of innovative ideas and modern technologies, learning about the development plans of other similar units and local governments. Moreover, the trade show is also an opportunity to initiate corporate international projects.
