The mission of the Western Małopolska Development Agency is to strengthen the region as an economic bridge connecting Małopolska with Silesia by establishing and developing cooperation with local governments and undertaking activities supporting the development of local business.
The Western Małopolska Development Agency was established on June 16, 2004. (entry in the National Court Register of December 30, 2004 in the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000225451) in the form of a joint stock company.
The founding capital was PLN 500,000.00, the founders of ARMZ S.A. were: Południowy Koncern Energetyczny S.A. with headquarters in Katowice, Rafineria Trzebinia S.A. with headquarters in Trzebinia, Industrial Development Agency with headquarters in Warsaw, Trzebinia Commune, Chrzanów Commune, Libiąż Commune, Local Development Agency S.A. with its seat in Jaworzno, ZGE “Janina” Sp. z o.o. based in Libiąż.
Currently, the capital is PLN 3,066,000.00, and the shareholders are: Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. with headquarters in Kraków, Chrzanów Commune, Trzebinia Commune, Libiąż Commune and Górnośląska Agencja Przedsiębiorczości i Rozwoju sp.z o.o. based in Gliwice.
The statutory person authorized to represent the Company is the President of the Management Board – Ms Anna Włoszek. The company is a business support institution.
In March 2008, Agencja Rozwoju Małopolski Zachodnia S.A. introduced a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001: 2008, and from July 2008 ARMZ S.A. is accredited by the National System of Services for SMEs.
Educational Society of the Chrzanów Land in Chrzanów founded on June 14, 1991, entered into the National Court Register under the number: 0000006965, by the District Court in Kraków.
TOZCh’s mission is to stimulate the socio-economic development of Poland, Małopolska and the Chrzanów Poviat through comprehensive and professional activities for the social economy, local communities and human resources.
The Society is a Social Economy Support Center in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, accredited by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, pursuant to Resolution No. 31 of 23 October 2015.

The Chamber of Commerce in Chrzanów was established in 2001 as the Association of Private Entrepreneurs in Trzebinia, associating economic entities from the region of the Chrzanów County.
From the beginning of its existence, it has been undertaking activities aimed at the development of entrepreneurship in various organizational forms, collects and disseminates information on establishing business contacts, and provides economic entities with assistance in solving problems. All activities undertaken by the Chrzanów Chamber of Commerce are aimed at supporting and promoting member companies, but not only – non-affiliated companies, institutions, organizations, etc. also participate in many projects organized by us.
